The date paradox: what to enter in the portal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

If the system rejects your application, labeling the date as “too old,” the fault lies with the algorithm, not your work. To bypass this block, the official GSE FAQs mandate an unusual but compulsory procedure: <\/p>\n\n

You must enter today\u2019s date (the date you are submitting the application) in the digital form under “Date of Completion of Works” (Data di conclusione dell\u2019intervento).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

This technical workaround is solely to prevent a system lockout and does not negate your legal obligations. This is where Form 7 becomes essential. <\/p>\n\n

Form 7 (Modello 7)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Entering a fictional date on the portal would, on its own, constitute an inaccurate declaration. Therefore, the application must be accompanied by Form 7<\/strong> (“Asseverazione dell’intervento”). <\/p>\n\n

This document – stamped and signed by a qualified professional (engineer, architect, or surveyor) – must contain the actual and truthful completion dates<\/strong>. During the manual review process, GSE officials will not view the discrepancy as an error; instead, they will use Form 7 to validate your eligibility for the extension and the incentive. <\/p>\n\n

Payments, the 120-day rule, and the 10% exception<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The law dictates that the work completion date must not exceed 120 calendar days from the date of the final bank transfer (bonifico). By pushing the completion date forward on the portal to bypass the software glitch, your final payment might appear “out of time.”<\/strong> What should you do?<\/strong><\/em> <\/p>\n\n
