JOB DESCRIPTION

Our company’s Customer Service department is currently looking for an after-sales representative. After an appropriate training period, the candidate will be placed in the customer support office under the direct responsibility of the Customer Service Manager.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager of the Customer Service Department and will work with the Punto Persiane brand team

ACTIVITIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Taking charge of the customer's report
Managing the activities necessary to resolve the problem
Monitoring and analysing the types of reports
Assessing and drawing up the costs of the interventions
Maintaining relationships with partner customers

QUALIFICATIONS, PREREQUISITES
AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Technical diploma: surveyor or technical institute
Knowledge of 2D CAD software or similar
Good knowledge of the Office package
Basic knowledge of English
Experience in the construction or window and door frame sector (NOT essential)

Ability to plan and solve problems effectively
